Ecommerce Associate

Opportunity

Poudre Pet and Feed Supply seeks an Ecommerce Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in helping pets live happier, healthier lives. Success in this role will require effective communication skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for pets.

• Pay starts at $15 per hour!

What You'll Do

• Focus on customers first!
• Be responsible for the timely completion of orders.
• Pick, pack and process orders for delivery.
• Deliver orders to our local customers.
• Respond to everyday requests such as order changes and delivery inquiries both quickly and accurately.
• Assist customers with their pet’s needs such as creating a schedule for orders that makes sense or selecting the right food.
• Maintain data on the site.

What You'll Need

• Love for furry or feathered creatures
• A passion for helping people
• Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to a retail website (ppc, email marketing, link generation, SEO, etc.)
• Knowledge of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
• Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
• Familiar with data management
• Knowledge of pet & feed products and categories.
• Weekend availability a must
• Minimum 20 hours a week availability
• No uncontrollable allergies, such as hay or animals.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation repeatedly for 6-8 hour workdays
• Fantastic communication skills
• Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be beneficial.
• Experience with Magento 2 a plus.
