Set up your pet food and supplies to come on a regular basis with Autoship. Choose from every week to every 3 months, and we will deliver your items right when you need them. Don't worry about making a commitment; you can change the delivery date or cancel at any time from your Account page.
It is simple and easy to start using Autoship. Shop our online store and find the products you would like to have automatically shipped. Select Autoship and set how often you would like the product delivered. Add the items to your shopping cart. Don't worry, you can have different frequencies for different products.

No! But if your order does not exceed $50 pre-tax, you will be charged a $5 delivery fee.
Delivery is free for orders with a pre-tax value of $50 or more. There is a $5 delivery fee for orders under $50. Hay delivery has a separate delivery fee structure (see below).
Absolutely. We charge $3 per mile from our warehouse on Hickory Street to your house, and $1 per bale.
Yes. Arrangements can be made for shipping by calling us at 1-833-NOCO-PET. We can process your order, including shipping costs and payment, over the phone. This service is not available through online ordering.
If you have quite a large order in mind (say, a whole pallet of dog food) please give us a call at 1-833-NOCO-PET and we will direct you to our buying manager who can arrange purchasing a whole pallet for you and discuss what delivery will entail.
