HOW DO I USE COUPONS & PROMOTIONAL CODES?

To use a Promotion Code, enter the Promotion Code into the "Promotion Code" field at Checkout. Promotion codes can be found at the bottom of coupons.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Local Delivery orders placed by 10AM MT will usually be the same day based on delivery zone, and most customers receive their orders within 1-2 days.

Pick Up orders will usually be ready within 1 hour if received by 5PM MT on weekdays and 3 pm MT on weekends. After the cutoff time, orders will be ready by 9AM next day (12 pm on Sunday)

CAN I ORDER FROZEN PRODUCT ONLINE?

Yes, we deliver frozen raw food! When preparing the deliveries, we keep all frozen food on ice until the delivery is made. Once we make the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is kept at a proper temperature. We offer insulated bags for purchase with frozen foods that can keep frozen food cold for a few hours if you will not be home for delivery. We can also put the product in any cooler you provide at the delivery location.

HOW DOES AUTOSHIP WORK?

At checkout, there is a required "Subscription" drop-down menu where you may select how frequent you would like your product delivered. You can cancel your Autoship at any time under "My Account". If you see something you'd like on your Autoship order, please Contact Us and we can make it happen for you. Please refer to our Autoship page for other questions!

In-Store Pick Up

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

In stock items can be picked up same day, if the order is placed before 5PM MT. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email, usually within 1 hour.

Items on back order are usually ready within 1 week.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes. During checkout, provide the name, phone number and email of the person picking up the order in the comment section. You or your designated person will need a government-issued ID for your protection.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Any order not picked up within 5 days will be canceled and we will issue you a refund. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, but may take up to an additional 5 days to appear on your statement.

WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Go to any of the registers at the location you have designated and let a clerk know you are there for an online pick up. Make sure to bring an ID with you.

We certainly do! "A feed for every need" is our motto. We try to keep as much variety in stock as we are able to. Bird, horse, small mammal, reptile, & more

Please feel free to ask our helpful, knowledgeable staff any pet-related questions you might have. We strive to educate ourselves in the most current information & can always make accurate recommendations based off your pets' history for your furry friends.

DO YOU SELL PETS?

No, we do not sell pets. But we do assist local shelters such as FCCR & LHS by fostering adoptable cats & small mammals. Come visit our current foster animal at any of our 6 locations.

CAN I BRING MY DOG INTO YOUR STORES?

Of course you can! We love meeting the furry faces behind the owners. There has even been cats, exotic birds, and even chickens visiting our stores! We just kindly ask that you keep them on a leash and under your control.

WHAT IF I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT I BOUGHT IN THE PAST?

This is not a problem! Simply give us your first & last name & we can find your full sales history.

DO YOU OFFER GROOMING?

We do not offer grooming in-house, but we do have self-serve dog washes! Save yourself the mess of a bath at home and utilize our professional, fully-stocked tubs and dryers!
