We deliver pet food and supplies to the Northern Colorado area, including, Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. See Store Locator for complete map and list of zip codes for our delivery area.
We deliver throughout the day, starting about 8 a.m. and usually finishing by 5 p.m. It may take longer to deliver everything on exceptionally busy days, but we strive to always have deliveries completed by no later than 8 p.m. Deliveries can take 1-2 days from the date of your order.
Delivery is free for orders with a pre-tax value of $50 or more. There is a $5 delivery fee for orders under $50. Hay delivery has a separate delivery fee structure (see below).
Absolutely. We charge a flat fee of $50 for each increment of 20 bales of hay (including straw and alfalfa) and a flat fee of $20 for each increment of 35 bales of shavings. Please call one of our stores to place an order for hay or shavings. Up to 2 bales of shavings can be added to an online order for an additional $1 charge per bale.
You do not have to be home unless your order includes frozen products. We will knock on the door or ring the doorbell when we deliver. We will leave your order near the front door unless specified otherwise in the Comment section of your order. If you order any frozen products, you will need to be home to accept the order unless alternate arrangements are made. We do not accept returns on delivered frozen products.

Yes, we are currently delivering 7 days a week. Deliveries can take 1-2 days from the date of your order.
Yes. We are delivering frozen products, but you will need to be home to accept the order unless alternate arrangements are made. We do not accept returns on delivered frozen products.
Orders less than $50 will incur a $5 delivery fee, but there is no minimum purchase amount required. To qualify for free delivery, orders must meet a minimum, pre-tax value of $50.
If you have quite a large order in mind (say, a whole pallet of dog food), please give us a call at 1-833-NOCO-PET and we will direct you to our buying manager who can arrange purchasing a whole pallet for you and discuss what delivery will entail.
We recommend placing your order two days before you will be out of food. You can place an order as far in advance as you like. Orders placed by 10 a.m. MT will usually be delivered the same day, and most customers receive their orders within 1-2 days.
Yes. Arrangements can be made for shipping by calling us at 1-833-NOCO-PET. We can process your order, including shipping costs and payment, over the phone. This service is not available through online ordering.
