THE POUDRE PET & FEED SUPPLY STORY
For three decades, this little hometown feed store has provided a unique brand of customer service coupled with the best pet product selection in Northern Colorado. Poudre Pet & Feed Supply was established in 1988 by Karen Horak and Karen Morris.
OUR FOUNDING
Initially, we were located in a much smaller building on Howes Street, on the north side of Fort Collins. Thanks to a growing demand, in 1996 a store at 6204 South College was opened to accommodate our growing customer base. In 1999, we moved the North store from the Howes location to our present spot at the corner of College and Vine, just North of Old Town.
GROWTH
In October, 2011 we opened a third location on the corner of Drake and Lemay next to the Sprouts. Our fourth store on the corner of Drake and Taft Hill opened in March of 2012. To better serve our expanding customer base, we opened our doors in Loveland on North Lincoln Avenue in June of 2014, making our fifth location. Our sixth and final location (for now) is located in a cute little shop on Main Street in Windsor officially as of November of 2015. We hope that these new locations will better accommodate more people commuting across Northern Colorado.
OUR PURPOSE
With a knowledgeable, caring staff; prices that even the "big boys" can't beat; and hometown service, we believe we have a winning combination! We have remained visible within the community by working closely with and supporting various local animal rescues. We carry over fifty brands of feed for dogs, cats, horses, poultry, livestock, small mammals, reptiles, fish, exotic and wild birds. We offer a wide array of supplies to complement any food.
