Your closest Poudre Pet & Feed Supply store will gladly accept a return within 45 days of purchase. Simply bring in your purchase. Consult our Store Locator to find the nearest location to you.

We guarantee all of our food! If something you purchased does not meet expectations or has left you unsatisfied, we will gladly accept your return in-store. We accept returns accompanied by the original receipt or with a validated sale in your customer account history.

EXCLUSIONS: Toys, frozen foods/treats/bones, and markdown items.

All returns must be handled in-store. If you are absolutely unable to physically make it into our stores, please call 1-833-NOCO-PET and we will gladly help you get things resolved.


  • Any single food item that counts towards a "Frequent Buyer Program" will be deducted accordingly from the rewards program once the return is processed.
  • Returns will be processed for the amount at which the product was originally purchased, not including shipping or delivery fees.
  • Product must be in the original packaging in which it was purchased or shipped.

Returns with a Receipt

  • If exchanging a product, any positive balance will be credited back based on the original form of payment.
  • If a purchase was paid with cash, a refund will be issued by check for amounts over $35.
  • If a purchase was paid by check, a refund will be issued by check following a 14-day waiting period from the date of sale.
  • If a purchase was paid by credit card, a refund will be credited to the original card used. If that card is not present, we will issue a store gift card.

No Receipt, No Problem

If you don’t have your receipt, there is no need to worry. We can look up your purchase in your customer account.

No Receipt or Customer Account

If you do not have a receipt or customer account, refunds will be issued only onto a gift card with valid ID. The gift card can be used for any purchase of goods or services at any Poudre Pet & Feed Supply. Gift cards do not expire but cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
